THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED, FULL AND OPEN SOLICITATION, BEST VALUE TRADE-OFF UTILIZING A BIFURCATED
APPROACH.
STAGE 1 PROPOSALS WERE INITIALLY DUE ON 7 MAY 2025, AND STAGE 2 PROPOSALS WERE DUE 9 MAY 2025 AND RESTRICTED TO ONLY THOSE OFFERORS WHO SUBMITTED STAGE 1 PROPOSALS THROUGH AMENDMENT 0007.
