Description:
The City of St. Petersburg invites qualified landscape contractors to submit their qualifications to provide Landscape Contractor Services on an as needed basis for City projects. The intent is to select multiple qualified Landscape Contractor businesses of various sizes with various skills and expertise to install and establish City landscape projects. The selected contractors will work with various city departments to implement a wide variety of landscape projects.It is not expected that all landscape contractors will be qualified to perform all services listed herein to be considered for this contract. City project managers will request quotes for projects from landscape contractors that are experienced in and qualified to perform the specific types of landscape work needed for each assignment. Work assignment categories areGeneral Landscaping and Establishment Period Services,Local Road Right-of-Way Landscaping,FDOT State Road Right-of-Way Landscaping andStand Alone Establishment Period Services.The selected contractors will work with project managers for various city departments such as the Engineering and Capital Improvements Department (ECID), the Parks and Recreation Department, the Stormwater, Pavement and Traffic Operations Department (SPTO), the Neighborhood Relations Department, the Sustainability and Resiliency Department, the Water Resources Department (WRD), the Real Estate and Property Management Department and the Enterprise Facilities Department. The list of contractors resulting from this solicitation will be utilized to obtain quotes for landscape services projects occurring throughout the City of St. Petersburg.
