REFRIGERATION COMPRESSOR USED FOR THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM ABOARD THE 87' WPB.
MFG: DANFOSS COMMERCIAL COMPRESSORS
PART NUMBER: MTZ 125 HU4
QUANTITY: 12 EACH

EACH ITEM SHALL BE INDIVIDUALLY PACKAGED IN ACCORDANCE WITH MIL-STD-2073-1E METHOD
10, CUSHIONED AS APPROPRIATE OR SECURED TO THE WOODEN BOX OR SHIPPING CRATE TO
PREVENT MOVEMENT AND DAMAGE FROM EXTERNAL IMPACT. EACH PUMP SHALL THEN BE PACKED IN
AN APPROPRIATELY SIZED ASTM-D6251 TYPE III, CLASS 1 WOOD-CLEATED PANELBOARD SHIPPING
BOX OR ASTM-D6880 CLASS 2 HEAVY DUTY SCREWED WOODEN BOX.
EACH PACKAGE SHALL BE MARKED IAW MIL-STD-129R EXCEPT BAR CODED IAW ISO/IEC-16388-
2007, CODE 39 SYMBOLOGY.

INDIVIDUALLY PACKAGED IAW MIL-STD-2073-1E METHOD 41, INITIALLY WRAPPED IN ELECTROSTATIC DISHARGE PROTECTIVE MATERIAL CONFORMING TO MIL-PRF-81705E, TYPE III. EACH ITEM SHALL THEN BE PACKAGED IN A FAST PACK CONTAINER CONFORMING TO PPP-B-1672E, TYPE II, STYLE D.

FAILURE TO MEET THE PACKING, PACKAGING, MARKING AND BAR CODING REQUIREMENTS WILL RESULT IN WAREHOUSE REJECTION AND ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO VENDOR. MARKING IAW MIL-STD-129R EXCEPT BAR CODED IAW ISO/IEC-16388-2007, CODE 39 SYMBOLOGY.
The items are used on various US Coast Guard vessels. All items shall be individually packaged and marked IAW the above packaging requirements. Inspection and acceptance shall take place at Destination after verification of preservation, individual packaging and marking/bar coding requirements and confirmation of no damage during transit. Failure to comply with packaging requirements will result in rejection and nonpayment.
