SOLE SOURCE/NOTICE OF INTENT
The 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA 93437, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to PSSC Labs. The action will be executed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a single source not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. The requirement is to provide the following:
CLIN 0001: 16 Compute Nodes (1536 processors) PowerWulf ZXR1+ Cluster A8000G2 PN: PWF-ZXR1-A8000G2. Utilizing GSA Multiple Award Schedule 47QTCA24D00FW.
This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote or proposal. However, interested parties may submit a narrative describing their capabilities and qualifications to fulfill the requirement via email to christopher.hummel.6@spaceforce.mil with a copy to shelby.cordts@spaceforce.mil no later than 11 September 2025 at 8:00AM Pacific Time. Any costs incurred in submitting a capabilities statement will not be reimbursed by the Government. Additionally, the information received will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct the procurement on a competitive basis.
