Computers: Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, Monitors, Printers, Accessories, and Services THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Non-electronic and email responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted through the SWIFT Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Event. PURPOSE. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish contract(s) with value added reseller(s) (VAR) to provide desktops, laptops, tablets, monitors, accessories, and services to the State of Minnesota Agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members. This RFP is for purchase only. CONTRACT TERM. The anticipated initial contract term will be from June 1, 2025, through May 31, 2027 with the option to extend up to an additional thirty-six (36) months in increments determined by the State. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. The deadline for submitting questions is February 6, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., Central Time. Questions must be submitted in writing to Elizabeth Huebner at Elizabeth.Huebner@state.mn.us. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. SWIFT HELP DESK.
