GENERAL INFORMATIONThis acquisition will use best value tradeoff source selection procedures in accordance with FAR Part 15, based on the best overall (i.e., best value) proposal that is determined to be the most beneficial to the Government with appropriate consideration given to the non-price and price factors. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns.The exclusive responsibility for Source Selection will reside with the Government. Proprietary information submitted in response to this solicitation shall be clearly marked as such and will be protected from unauthorized disclosure as required by Subsection 27 of the Office of Procurement Policy Act as amended (41 U.S.C. 423)(Hereinafter referred to as "the Act") as implemented in the FAR. Any unmarked proprietary information will be considered releasable under the restrictions of the Freedom of Information Act.For submission requirements designated as shall or must, failure to provide the requested information may be considered a deficiency. For submission requirements designated as should, failure to provide the requested information may result in a lower rating for the specified factor.FORMAL COMMUNICATIONSThe following Points of Contact (POC) are provided for this acquisition.
