The solicitation shall be posted for full and open competition after total set aside for SDVOSB. Drawings and specs will be posted for review as attachments to the solicitation. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after the solicitation is posted.Period of Performance:The intended contract period of performance is 545 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed.Description of Services: This project will either replace, modify, or upgrade existing electrical power distributionequipment to provide corrections per Wiley-Wilson arc-flash report. Once all power aspectsof the project have been completed, a facility wide arc-flash hazard risk assessment withreport and labeling shall be performed in accordance with specification 26 05 73.The Contractor will provide all labor, materials and equipment for the construction services needed to complete this project including: All work will meet SOW, drawings, and specification requirements as well as any applicable manufacturer s recommended installation procedures.NAICS Code: 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, a with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 million (January 2022 standards).Estimated Magnitude:The estimated magnitude for this project is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000.
