- The City of Pueblo is inviting proposals from qualified concessionaires (Contractors) to operate a concession/restaurant located pre-security in the Pueblo Memorial Airport Terminal. The awarded Contractor-s primary purpose will be to operate and maintain food and beverage services to the airport patrons, area employees, and the general public. The awarded Contractor may also be given permission to include merchandise (and non-snack items) for concession; however, that will be a secondary focus.
