- Northern Avenue Trail Phase 3 project involves constructing a concrete trail of varying width along the north side of Northern Avenue from Cambridge Avenue to Prairie Avenue, and then along the west side of Prairie Avenue from Northern Avenue to approximately Purdue Avenue as well as traffic and pedestrian signal improvements. Additional work will consist of landscape and streetscape improvements for enhanced aesthetics, ADA compliant ramps, installation of pedestrian counter pedestal and associated removals to facilitate new construction.
