The US Army Corps of Engineers - Rock Island District has a requirement for the supply of 25,000 tons of General-Purpose Riprap with options for an additional 35,000 tons for the loading of riprap between river miles 432 - 454 of the Upper Mississippi River. Riprap will be placed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) personnel and floating plant assets. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and loading riprap onto the deck of USACE barges. The loading of riprap shall take place between River Miles 432 - 454 of the Upper Mississippi River, roughly between Muscatine Iowa and New Boston Illinois.
Any offers received via responses to the SAM notice shall not be considered unless lower than the lowest priced offer received from the Rock Island District's Concrete and Aggregate BPA master agreement holders. The government will save the offer but not evaluate price, nor verify the offerors- information in SAM. The contract specialist will email the offeror and acknowledge receipt and reiterate the terms of the declaimer explaining that their offer will not be considered for this reason. - Documents:
