- Description : The Department of Water Resources (DWR), Division of Engineering, Geotechnical Services Branch, invites qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualification (SOQ). The services to be provided will be to assist with the engineering analysis, review, and evaluation of concrete used in the design, construction, and repair of the State Water Project (SWP) facilities, the California Aqueduct, and State flood control systems. For these facilities, the Contractor will review contract documents related to concrete construction or repair, assist with design and construction, and provide expert technical consultation in the area of concrete engineering and related specific problems or issues. Services will be provided by firms (or individuals) for a variety of facilities throughout the state.
