- Bid Synopsis: The Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Care and Treatment Services (DCTS) is seeking approval to conduct a Request for Bid (RFB) for concrete services at the seven (7) facilities requiring concrete installation and/or maintenance. DHS Facilities require concrete services to maintain paved areas on facility grounds. Maintaining concrete allows DHS Facilities to address concrete deterioration and provide a safe environment for patients, inmates and staff by preventing and reducing the risk of accidents and injury due to slips, trips and falls.
