i. This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13 assupplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the onlysolicitation; quotes are being requested and additional written solicitation will not be issued.
ii. Solicitation FA4877‐24‐Q‐A251 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
iii. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal AcquisitionCircular 2025-03, effective 01/17/2025; DFARS provisions and clauses are effective 01/17/2025;DAFFARS provisions and clauses are effective 10/16/2024.
iv. This procurement is being issued as a Total Small Business set‐aside. The North American IndustryClassification System Code is 327390 with a size standard of 500 employees.
v. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Governmentto do so.
vi. Davis‐Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm‐fixed price contract for the following:- CLIN 0001: 900 LF of 20ft Concrete Barriers Rental IAW the PWS- CLIN 0002: Delivery/Staging/Removal of Concrete Barriers Rental IAW the PWS
vii. Important Dates/Times (All Times are Mountain Standard Time)a. All questions must be submitted by email no later than 25 February 2025, 10:00 A.M.b. All quotes must be submitted by email no later than 27 February 2025, 1:00 P.M.
viii. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the posting for any changes or amendments that mayoccur concerning this RFQ. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure all quotes and/or questionsare submitted in a timely manner by specified due date.
