***THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details. PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND. The purpose for this Solicitation (RFP) is to receive responses and award a to contract(s) with a Contractor(s) to provide 2025 Annual Excellence and Leadership Conference for Minnesota Direct Care and Treatment. DATES: The dates for the conference will be the following selected dates: September 15th -16th, 2025. The estimated number of attendees is approximately 300-400. The State does not guarantee a minimum number of attendees, lodging rooms or meals. Prices listed on the pricing pages are firm and will not be adjusted if the number of attendees falls below the estimate. GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATIONS: The conference facility must be located within 45 miles from Minnesota State Capitol, 75 Rev Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Saint Paul, MN 55155. Google Maps will be used to determine distance. CONTRACT TERM. The Contract Term will be from the date of contract execution through July 31, 2026. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. The deadline for submitting questions is May 5, 2025, at 3:00 PM Central Time. Questions must be submitted in writing to Rhiannon Fissehaye at Rhiannon.Fissehaye@state.mn.us. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. SWIFT HELP DESK.
