Description
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purpose of procuring office furniture located in Oakland, CA in support of Regional Watch Center Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF).
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, and FAR 15 Contracting by Negotiation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
The solicitation number for this requirement is 70FBR925Q00000030, which must be referenced on all quotation documents submitted in response to this solicitation. This solicitation is being issued for a request for quotes (RFQ) for Large and Small Business contractors. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05, effective August 07, 2025.
