The purpose of this acquisition is to provide services for the Naval Safety and Environmental Training Center (NAVSAFENVTRACEN), Norfolk, VA. The purpose of the course is to provide Confined Space Program Managers, Gas Free Engineers, and their assistants with the training to establish and oversee a shore maritime and non-maritime Confined Space Entry/Gas Free Engineering Program.
