The Work Is Restoration And Renovation Of The Exterior And Portions Of The Interior Of The Hangar Building, Phase 1. The Work Of The Base Bid Shall Consist Of Structural Repairs Of The Structural System Of The Hangar, Provisions Of A New Epdm Membrane Roof System Including Insulation And Flashings, Masonry Repairs And Repointing Of The Masonry Walls Of The Hangar, Provisions Of Plastic Infill Windows At Existing Window Openings, And Enclosure Of A Portion Of The Hangar Door Wall And Provision Of Rolling Doors To Provide A 60' Wide Opening In This Wall.
