This is a SOURCES SOUGHT to request information for Government planning purposes only.
Requirements Description: The proposed action is to award a new contract with option for Piston Connecting Rods. This item is a source controlled item (sole source) to Techmotiv (USA), Inc. (CAGE 0L7R7) and RENK America LLC (CAGE 02978). The Government does not have the pertinent technical data including additional detailed drawings for this item or dimensions for its manufacturing necessary for competitive procurement. Techmotiv (USA), Inc. and RENK America LLC are the only sources that have the requisite technical and engineering expertise to perform all efforts required to provide Piston Connecting Rods that meet design space requirements and Critical Item Product Function Specification.
