THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR QUOTE; THE VA IS NOT SEEKING PRICING OR OFFERS.
Solicitation 36C26026R0023 for project 653-23-101 Repair/Replace Campus Sewer and Storm Drain Lines at Roseburg VA Medical Center shall be posted to Federal Contracting Opportunities around mid-December 2025. The solicitation shall be posted for full and open competition. Drawings and specs will be posted for review as attachments to the solicitation. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after the solicitation is posted.
Period of Performance:

The project will perform general construction to repair or replace existing sanitary sewer and storm systems. Work includes general construction, alterations, roads, walks, drainage, sewer, necessary removal and/or modifications of existing structures and construction, patching and finishing work, and certain other items in accordance with specification and drawings.
