Tender are invited for The Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas (Division) received two Unit Plan of Operations Amendment applications (Plans) on November 19, 2024, and November 26, 2024, from ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc. (CPAI) requesting authorization to expand the existing Colville Delta 1 (CD1) gravel pad in the Colville River Unit (CRU). The proposed project will be adjudicated under AS 38.05 and 11 AAC 83.346.
