Tender are invited for The Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas (Division) received a Unit Plan of Operations Amendment application on September 5, 2024, from ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc. (CPAI), requesting to install 10.8 miles of pipeline from Drill Site 3S (DS-3S) to Drill Site 2X (DS-2X) in the Kuparuk River Unit (KRU). The proposed project will be adjudicated under AS 38.05 and 11 AAC 83.346. The pipelines will consist of a produced oil pipeline, a water injection pipeline, and space for one additional pipeline. The pipelines will run southeast from DS-3S to DS-2X and will run through the existing Drill Site 2W (DS-2W) road crossing.
