Tender are invited for The Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas (Division) received a Unit Plan of Operations Amendment Application (Plan) on December 18, 2024, from ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc. (CPAI), requesting to expand the Drill Site 3T (DS-3T) gravel pad in the Kuparuk River Unit (KRU). The proposed project will be adjudicated under AS 38.05 and 11 AAC 83.346. The Division is providing public notice and an opportunity to comment. The expansion area will be lined with erosion control bags filled with 2.1 cubic yards of clean gravel to protect against potential erosion.
