The U.S. Government currently occupies clinical and related space in a building under a lease in Conroe, TX. The Government is considering a succeeding lease for a term of 5 (five) years 4 (four) years firm at the current location, but will consider alternative space if economically advantageous, otherwise the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition with the current Lessor. The square footage is for 39,221 rentable square feet (RSF)/35,572 ABOA with 210 on-site parking spaces. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government-s requirements. - Documents:
