- The work under this project involves the installation of 2 8-ton exterior heat recovery units and 4 4-ton ceiling cassette units. The scope includes the necessary refrigerant piping, electrical power installation for all units, removal of the existing ceiling, and installation of a new ceiling with the new ceiling cassettes in the computer room. The existing light fixtures will be removed, and new fixtures will be installed in the new ceiling. Additionally, temperature controls will be provided, with connectivity to the building-s DDC (Direct Digital Control) system.
