Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office East, Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract award to Philips Healthcare, a division of Philips North America, 22100 Bothell Everett Highway, Bothell, WA 98021. The period of performance for contract award will be from February 1, 2023, to January 31, 2024, with provisions of four (4) option years.The requirement is consolidated full-service contract for 11 Philips imaging systems and their components including a CT, 5 X-rays and 5 ultrasounds (see table below), located at James J. Peters VA Medical Center, 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, NY 10468. The services required are full annual preventive maintenance, emergency repair, web-based technical support, and software upgrades for Philips imaging systems at Bronx VAMC. The systems are used for medical imaging in the radiology department. In order to keep these units in optimal functioning order and to reduce down time of the systems, the facility requires full annual preventive maintenance, emergency repair, web-based technical support, and software upgrades. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, travel, tools, equipment, transportation, and parts required to perform the comprehensive service and support on the included equipment. The Contractor is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in the service of all equipment listed within this notice. The Government shall maintain the right to seek proof of qualification prior to award and anytime during contract period of performance.
