Project 508-349: Construct 12 Bed CLC at the Trinka Davis Veterans Village in Carrollton, GA.
This solicitation is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set Aside in accordance with38 U.S.C. § 8127 (Public Law 109-461). Bidders shall be verified as an SDVOSB at the time of bid and award.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to accomplish the Trinka Davis 12 Bed CLC project perconstruction drawings and specifications. The project shall be accomplished per contract drawings numbered 508-349,specification number 508-349 and SOW attached to this solicitation.
The project intent is to add 12 beds to the Trinka Davis Veteran-s Village. These 12 private rooms will have privatebathrooms and will have room for co-sleeper space. The rooms will consist of 10 “standard” CLC style roomsand 2 Bariatric rooms capable of patients up to 1000 lbs. This new CLC shall be integrated into the existing facilitysuch that staff, patients, and visitors will be able to share spaces; this will be achieved through proximity to theto the existing facility, physical connection, and maintaining the unique style and aesthetics of the existing facility.
