The 99th Contracting Squadron is soliciting for a firm fixed-price, Design-Build contract for Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada to furnish all design, labor, equipment, material, manufactured articles, transportation, supervision, site investigation, and all else necessary to perform all operations in connection with successfully completing project RKMF230064, Construct Addition and Repair Interior, 328 WPS, Building 47 at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada.
This procurement is limited to qualified 8(a) firms with the applicable Small Business size standard of “small” ($45M) for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220.
The Government intends to award one contract using FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding procedures. After bids are publicly opened, one firm fixed-price contract will be awarded with reasonable promptness to that responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the Invitation for Bids, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and the price-related factors included in the Invitation for Bid.
One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements in accordance with FAR 52.225-11 Buy American-Construction Materials under Trade Agreements. - Documents:
