Contractor shall have knowledge of all aspects pertaining to the Solicitation Documents. The SOW and Specifications are written for constructing concrete containment structures around oil filled electrical transformers.
There is NOT a mandatory site visit to attend. Please see paragraph L.6.
All RFI questions pertaining to this project must be submitted in writing to the POC (david.hildebrand@usda.gov) of this solicitation. Responses to RFI questions will only be posted on sam.gov. To ensure a response, questions must be submitted by 4:00 PM July 29th, 2025. Questions submitted after July 29th until proposals are due may not receive a response. - Documents:
