THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The National Park Service, Contracting Operations (ConOps) East, intends to issue a Solicitation to replace a hay barn. The work includes demolish Barn building down to pilings and girders and construction of new Barn, lean too shed roof and walls to remain and be reattached to new building for Cape Hatteras National Seashore Ocracoke Island, North Carolina per the statement of work (SOW).This procurement will be set-aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB)firms. The NAICS code is 236220; Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a small business size of $45,000,000.00. The PSC is Z1JZ: Maintenance Of Miscellaneous Buildings.All interested offerors MUST have an active vendor record in SAM.gov, be a small business under the identified NAICS code and NOT have any exclusions such as a delinquent federal debt or debarment.SITE VISIT: Only one formal (1) site visit will be scheduled for this action and no informal individual site visits will be allowed. Details will be provided with the solicitation when it-s published.TYPE OF CONTRACT: A firm-fixed-price contract is expected to be awarded from this solicitation.
