The work performed under this contract will consist of Title I Architect and Engineer Services to provide a Planning Charrette Report for a Resiliency Center at Keesler AFB. The Service Provider shall furnish the personnel, services, equipment, materials, facilities, and other requirements necessary for, and incidental to, the performance of work identified in the Statement of Objectives.
This acquisition will be conducted utilizing FAR Part 36 procedures for selection of firms for architect-engineer contracts. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541330 “Engineering Services” and Product Service Code (PSC) is C1AZ “Architect and Engineering- Construction: Other Administrative Facilities/Services Buildings”. The size standard is $25.5 Million. The Request for Qualifications Package, along with a Statement of Work and associated documents will be posted on the Contract Opportunities Website: https://www.sam.gov on/or around 28 July 2025 with a tentative closing date of 11 August 2025. The contract performance period will be 203 days after contract award.
