Project Description
Project Title. Construction of a 24-x30- storage shed to include slab and electricity. Sacred Oaks Healing Center, Davis, California
Indian Health Service, California Area Office, Mission Statement. The overall mission of the Indian Health Service (IHS) is to raise the physical, mental, social and spiritual health of American Indians and Alaska natives (AI/AN) to the highest level.
Requirement. Indian Health Service, California Area Office, Sacramento District, has an upcoming requirement for the construction of a 24-x30- Tuff Shed or similar at the Sacred Oaks Healing Center located in Davis, California. Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to install one pre-fabricated storage shed to include a concrete pad and electrical utilities. The storage shed will be used to house maintenance Staff equipment, tools, and materials.
Acquisition Information
Method of Procurement. This acquisition is proceeding as an Invitation-for-Bid (IFB). This IFB is set-aside for Indian Preference, Small Business Entities.
Estimated Cost Range. In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Contracts, the estimated price range for this construction requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000.
