Mt. San Antonio College (the “College”) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide comprehensive Construction Management (CM) services in support of multiple upcoming capital improvement projects. These projects are funded through local bond measures and will be delivered using the CM Multi-Prime delivery method.The scope of services will encompass both pre-construction and construction phases, requiring a full range of CM expertise. The selected firm will play a critical role in partnering with the College-s Facilities Planning & Management team, design consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.The College is dedicated to developing state-of-the-art educational facilities that promote student achievement and sustainability.
