- Statement of PurposeThe Scranton School District desires to appoint a firm to provide project / construction management services as consultants on an as needed basis as dictated by the District. The firm selected may need to prepare the design, contract documents and oversee small to medium and large projects from inception to owner acceptance. The project / construction management firm must have personnel available on a full-time basis as needed. Applicants should demonstrate knowledge and experience with respect to all aspects of project / construction management required by a school board. Any experience or knowledge of matters that directly affect the Board of Education should be addressed.
