The City Of Kingsland Is Seeking Sealed Proposals From Qualified Contractors For The Construction Of Three (3) New Driveway Connections And Associated Sidewalks Into Parcel 094 035, Commonly Referred To As "the Lawn," Located Along Royal Parkway In Kingsland, Georgia. The Scope Of Work Includes, But Is Not Limited To, Demolition, Grading, Storm Drainage Improvements, Paving, And The Installation Of Concrete Aprons. All Work Shall Be Performed In Accordance With The Construction Plans Prepared By Roberts Civil Engineering (project No. 24083a, Dated June 2025), Attachment A. Additionally, The Project Will Include Modifications To The Lake Pointe Drive Intersection, As Specified In The Plans Prepared By Carter And Sloope Consulting Engineers, Attachment B.
