Sealed Bids Will Be Received By The City Of Hoschton Georgia For Furnishing All Materials, Labor, Tools, Equipment, And Any Other Miscellaneous Items Necessary For The Construction Of Mulberry Park In Hoschton, Georgia. Bids Will Be Received At Hoschton City Hall, 61 City Square Street, Hoschton, Ga 30548 Until 11.00 Am On December 11, 2025. Any Bid Received After Said Time And Date Of Bid Opening Will Not Be Considered By Owner The Project Consists Of, But Is Not Limited To The Following Major Elements: Construction Of Mulberry Park To Include Demolition As Described On The Plans, Grading And Erosion Control For Approximately 3.1 Acres, Installation Of Light Duty Asphalt, Slate Access Drives, Sidewalks, Slate Paths, Signage, Sidewalks, Park Furniture, Pavilion, Parking Spaces, Pedestrian Crossing, Amphitheater Seating, Restroom, Pump Station And Line Work For Restroom, Ceramics Building Renovation, Electrical For Site And Buildings, And All Other Associated Appurtenances As Shown On The Plans.
