The contractor shall provide Project/Construction Oversight Service for the proposed New Maintenance Facilities project located at U.S. Embassy Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei.Period of performance: September 2025 to September 2026.
For Civil Engineer - Estimated 960 hours.
For Senior Architect, Junior Architect, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Structural Engineer and Plumbing Engineer - Estimated 192 hours each.
For Cost Engineer - Estimated 36 hours.
The estimated magnitude of this requirement for construction oversight services is between BND150,000.00 to BND220,000.00. This estimate is provided as a guide only and does not constitute a commitment or guarantee of the final cost of performance.
