Solicitation NoticePower Utility Pole InstallationThe U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Lower Colorado Basin, Multi-Species Conservation Program (MSCP), has a requirement for the installation of approximately 150 utility poles along a 10.5 mile stretch in and around Topock Marsh, in Mohave County, Arizona.This requirement will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this project is 237130, Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction with a corresponding small business size standard of $45M.The magnitude of this construction project is estimated to be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This requirement will be solicited and awarded using the methos outlined in FAR Part 36, Construction Contracts and FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. The Government contemplates award of one firm fixed price contract. Site Visi is scheduled for January 29, 2025, at 12:30 p.m., Arizona Time.
