Amendment 0002- This amendment is issued to change Section L - Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Bidders and Section M - Evaluation Factors for Award.
As a result of this amendment, bids are now due by 1:00 PM ET on Wednesday, September 24, 2025.
Questions are due by 1:00 PM ET on Tuesday, September 23, 2025.
SECTION L INSTRUCTIONS FROM:***Bidders are required to submit its line-item pricing using Attch 2_Pricing Template FRC Room 226 Renovation_dated 9-15-2025 in addition to the signed Standard Form 1447.***

SECTION M FROM:The contracting officer shall make a contract award (1) by written or electronic notice, (2) within the time for acceptance specified in the bid or an extension and (3) to that responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price. Award shall not be made until all required approvals have been obtained and the award otherwise conforms with 14.103-2. Award will be made on an all or none basis.
