--PLEASE SEE SITE VISIT INFO BELOW--Prospective offerors are required to attend a MANDATORY pre-proposal conference/site visit to be held at 10:00 a.m. Central Time, July 2nd, 2025 via site visit at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center. The conference will be held for the purpose of site investigation and permit general discussions regarding this Screening Information Request.IMPORTANT NOTICE: Proposals from offerors who did not attend the pre-proposal conference WILL NOT be considered for award.Offerors are allowed to send a maximum of TWO (2) individuals to represent their proposal (to include proposal team member, if applicable). Please advise the Contracting Officer, Neil Amaral, at neil.s.amaral@faa.gov in writing of your intent to attend by 3:00 p.m. Central Time, June 27th, 2025.
