Description
In accordance with DOSAR 652.242-73 AUTHORIZATION AND PERFORMANCE (AUG 1999), all contractors must be bonded and possess all permits and licenses required to do business in Spain. All offerors will be required to provide proof that they already possess said permits as part of their offer.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provisions 52.204-7. The guidelines for registration can be found at https://www.fsd.gov/gsafsd_sp

Description of the work to be accomplished: Supply and installation of a rooftop air handler unit to ensure compliance with modern building ventilation standards and to safeguard the health, safety and productivity of federal personnel. The Contractor shall furnish all material, administrative, and direct labor personnel to perform all services as required in the contract.
The anticipated start date of the works is mid-March 2025.
The Government is planning a site visit to inspect the area where the works will take place, which date will be included in the solicitation.
The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed-price type contract.
