Description
Consular Densification Project, US Embassy Kathmandu, Nepal
The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Construction type contract during the third quarter of calendar year 2025.
The successful contractor shall provide complete construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of the contract within the established timeframe.
The contractor shall design and construct the Minor Construction Improvements (MCI) - Consular Densification project which includes furniture densification replacing 35 L-shaped workstations with 44 benching workstations (GFCI). The project also includes the demolition of one enclosed office and the construction of three new offices.
The magnitude of this project is anticipated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 U.S. Dollars for the entire project.
