- The Elderly Services Department (ESD) is seeking a consultant invested in the well-being of elders in New Haven to support the department-s director in developing a 5-year strategic plan for the department. Elderly Services staff to implement with a focus on meeting basic needs and developing and improving services for older people aged 55 and above residing in New Haven. Consultant will engage the Elderly Services staff and community partners under the direction of the Elderly Services Director. The Elderly Services Department currently manages the operation of three senior day centers Monday through Friday where seniors of the New Haven community enjoy congregate meals, movement classes, and activities year-round.
