The King County Library System (KCLS) invites proposals from qualified consulting firms to lead a comprehensive system-wide planning and development process. The objective is to develop a Master Maintenance and Asset Management Plan that integrates Future Growth & Development considerations for the next 25 years. This Plan must be aligned with KCLSs three recent assessments consisting of: Facilities Condition Assessment, Library Accessibility Audit and the Climate Action Plan.
