SYNOPSIS (Sole Source) W911N225R0001NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a sole source, firm-fixed requirements type service contract for the evaluation, repair and testing of contactor relays to TE Connectivity Corporation, 2800 Fulling Mill Road, Building 38 Middletown, Pennsylvania 17057-3142, CAGE 00779. The ordering period of this contract will include on base year plus four option years. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP). The TDP is proprietary to TE Connectivity Corporation, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. The 2023 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, the size standard is $34,000,000.00, and the product code is J059 - Maintenance and Repair of Equipment - Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of the Simplified Acquisition Procedures at 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 13.5. Solicitation number W911N2-25-R-0001 will be released on or about 25 March 2025, with a closing date on or about 15 April 2025. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://www.sam.gov on or about 25 March 2025. All interested sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency.
