Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (official Code Of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Proposals (erfp) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With A Qualified Supplier Who Will Provide A Continuing Education Tracking System To The Secretary Of State (hereinafter, The State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfp. The State Of Georgia, Office Of The Secretary Of State, Professional Licensing Boards Division (division) Is Responsible For Regulating Several Hundred Thousand Georgians In Their Professions And Businesses. The Division Director Of The Professional Licensing Boards Division And Boards, Commissions, Or Other Governmental Entities Administratively Attached To The Professional Licensing Boards Division, Have Statutory Authority Under The Official Code Of Georgia Annotated Title 43 To Establish Continuing Education Requirements For Professionals Who Are Licensed, Registered, Or Certified With The Division (licensees).
