W912P825R0029 - Contractor/Concessionaire Contract for Food & Beverage Operations at The U.S. Army Corps Of Engineers, New Orleans District

This solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 722310.

The work consists of establishing and operating a food service facility as described herein for the purpose of providing food, nonalcoholic beverages, and such other items as may be authorized by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE or Government) through its Contracting Officer (CO) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contractor/Concessionaire Contract for Food & Beverage Operations (Contract). The Contractor/Concessionaire shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided in the SOW); and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described herein. THIS IS A NO COST CONTRACT. THE CONTRACTOR/CONCESSIONAIRE SHALL PAY TO THE RESERVE ACCOUNT ONE PERCENT (1%) OF THE CONTRACTOR/CONCESSIONAIRE-S GROSS INCOME EACH MONTH TO THE RESERVE ACCOUNT.
The contract shall be solicited as a 1-year base contract, with the possibility of four (4) 1-year options and one (1) 6-month extension, for a potential total of five (5) years and six (6) months. The requirement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under Request for Proposal (RFP) No. W912P825R0029 and is being procured as a NO-COST contract.
