On monday, november 3, 2025 in the office of the building department, city of joplin, 602 s. Main street, 4 th floor, joplin, mo. Notice is hereby given that the planning & community development of the city of joplin, missouri, will receive a sealed bid to make the following improvements in the city of joplin, missouri. This is a package bid, and the submitted cost must cover the work needed on the property with the lowest total amount.The planning & community development manager reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the lowest or best bid.The winning bidder must comply with all municipal codes and state regulatory requirements including but not limited to: notify the city of joplin building division of the date of the demolition for consultation and photos that will need to be taken by the building inspector lead the day of and prior to the demolition.Demolition contractors are responsible for the removal and proper disposal of the structureall foundations, footings including, , and concrete slabs are to remain intact.
