Attached please find Drafts of Sections C, L, and M along with some secondary documents for the Controller Training Solutions (CTS) II solicitiation.
Industry feedback and questions are sincerely and strongly encouraged and can be submitted via the Attached Excel sheet. Please note, however, that answers to questions are generally not posted but will be used to craft the next iteration of the SIR.
The deadline for all questions and feedback is 01 August 2025 at Noon. Please ensure submission of questions and/or feedback is made via the Excel sheet to stephen.shaffer@faa.gov and stephen.mostow@faa.gov. Correspondence via email is strongly preferred to phone calls.
Please note the Past Performance solicitation requirements and evaluation factors remain under construction and a revised draft will be posted as soon as possible.
