The application package was submitted for evaluation as required by the state's oil and hazardous substances pollution control regulations, 18 AAC 75. The application package was determined "sufficient for review" as defined in 18 AAC 75.990 on April 11, 2025 and will be reviewed in accordance with the procedures outlined in 18 AAC 75.455.
