The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain food services program for U.S. Government at U.S. Embassy, London for the Marine Security Guards (MSGs) at the Marine Security Guard Residence (MSGR). The Contractor shall perform services in designated spaces. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with one (1) one-year option.
The contractor will be fully insured and possess all necessary licenses and certificates as may be required under UK law to undertake the work. The position is full time, 6:30 to 14:30 each day, Monday through Friday. There is a position incumbent who will be covered under Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment (TUPE) law.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
Quotations are due by July 3, 2025 at 17:00 BST. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
